Easy to Operate and Program

The robot and arc welding process programming and maintenance can be easily completed using the intuitive and user-friendly FlexPendant teach pendant. The teach pendant features a common PC graphical interface, ensuring ease of use for both robot control and specific process equipment. It is also equipped with a touch screen and ABB’s unique joystick, further enhancing operational speed and convenience. To fully leverage offline simulation programming advantages, ABB offers the highly sought-after, reliable, and cost-effective software packages—RobotStudio™ and RobotStudioArcWelding PowerPac. The built-in VirtualArc™ welding program is a powerful virtual troubleshooting tool. After just a few hours of installation and setup, the robot can be integrated into production with the required cycle times and welding quality.
